Where to Watch: You can find it on Hulu, Viki, or DramaFever. I prefer Viki where it is voluntarily subbed by Fans (called The King's Lovers) and they do a better job than paid translators; you can also read other viewers reactions (Don't worry, you can turn them off if you want).
Recaps: You will find episode recaps on Dramabeans.Wanna know more? Try here and see how s/he fell in love too.
Please, please , please watch this drama. You will not be disappointed. The summary does not do it justice. You have to watch it yourself.
Set in an alternate universe, where modern-day South Korea is governed by a constitutional monarchy --which lies on the verge of becoming a mere figurehead--descended from the Joseon Dynasty, The King 2 Hearts is a fantasy world of dark comedy and intrigue that attempts the question: "What if reunification was a possibility and not just a mere dream?"

Lee Jae-ha (Lee Seung-gi, Brilliant Legacy) is a handsome yet materialistic crown prince who doesn't care about politics and feels total reluctance to being the second in line to the throne. Lee Jae-kang, the current king, tricked him into joining a joint military collaboration with North Korea as a means to help "make him grow up".
Kim Hang-ah (Ha Ji-won, Secret Garden) is the first female drill instructor of the Special Operation Forces. She is also the daughter of a North Korean military high command official. Both Jae-ha and Hang-ah meet at the joint military training, a crucial part in establishing friendly relations between the two separate countries.
Although the two met each other with a fiery disposition, Jae-ha unwittingly sparks a friendship with Hang-ah and he subsequently falls in love with her. Soon, an arranged marriage is set up between the two and they eventually become engaged. As they struggle to get along both on and off the field, a dark force threatens their blossoming love as well as the futures of the Koreas.
This show is amazing. It keeps blowing my mind with each new episode. I can't wait to watch--and dread watching--the final two episodes in the series. With two episodes to go, there is no sign of slowing down. The stakes keep increasing and I'm sure I'll need a therapist after episode 20. EDIT: Even in it's final stretch this show up-ed the ante. It was amazing and I never regretted a moment of it.
My Wednesday/Thursdays will never be the same without TK2H. If you are not sure whether to watch this show, please do! You will not regret it. It has love, suspense, conspiracy, prejudice, action, humor, political intrigue, etc. It is engaging, fun and will have you shouting and pointing at the screen. The actors and actress are amazing and the script is superb. The chemistry is off the chart. I love the characters (*wink*EarnestBot*wink*), even the villain has earned a place in my heart.
Watching the Crown Prince mature from a cocky, immature man-child to a cockier respected King is fun and intriguing. Lee Seung Gi and Ha Ji Won are the perfect romantic mix of compassion, hate, betrayal and Love. Yoon Je Moon is terrifyingly scary as the villain. This show slides from comedy to horror within the blink of an eye and will have you crying and cheering just as quickly.
This show makes you think and work for every reward. And, boy, is that reward sweet! Sometimes it's bitter-sweet. But I wouldn't change it for anything. One of the best dramas I've ever watched. There is not a rating scale high enough. 187/10. My thanks to everyone that made this show possible. 감사합니다.
187/10. Blew up my cup'a tea. I need a new teacup and everything.
H-E-double hockey sticks YES! Why aren't you watching already?
